GREEN and Intelligent Building Consulting Practice
In the highly interrelated fields of practice discussed above, SRM supplies a variety of related project services to involve stakeholders, such as:
• Development and Project Management for the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) Building Intelligence Quotient (BiQ) web based rating system
• Educational courses and presentations on Life cycle costs and energy options using RetScreen and other models.
• Partner in the development and delivery of the Centennial Energy Institute Industrial and Building Energy Expertise on line training partially funded by the Ontario Power Authority. IBEX includes workshops and on site energy project.
• Participation in the CABA Green Building Technology Alliance efforts to integrate intelligent building systems into all the GREEN building rating systems.
• LEED® certification of New and Existing buildings.
